Description

My BSD machine uses removable HD's, and so I can run different versions on the same machine. It's an Asus M2M-MX with an Athlon 64 processor, 4 GB/250 GB, and an nVidia GeForce 210 video card. About 30% of the time that I boot 11.1, the boot process halts at:

cd0 at ata 5 bus 0 scbus 5 target 0 lun 0

I don't seem to have this problem booting GBD 10.3 nor the latest TrueOS on this same machine. The installation is fully updated. Has anyone else seen this problem?

May be this errata could be related (apparently solved in 11.1-p1), I'm not sure what kernel you were running ... because it could have been a 11.1-rcX
